DELIVERY OVERVIEW:

SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS:

To the UK -

Our items are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery which allows you to track your order and change your delivery day via the Royal Mail website. All UK orders are priced inclusive of this service.

To Europe & The Rest of The World -

Our items are sent out using Royal Mail International Tracked. There is a charge of £14.00 to cover the additional cost of sending items outside of the UK.

Any additional taxes, customs charges or import duties will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note - we do not accept returns from International customers once items have been despatched.

DELIVERY TIMES:

We aim to despatch items within 48 hours of ordering and expect UK orders to take 2-3 days for delivery once despatched. As we use Royal Mail Tracked you can track your order once you have received notification that we have despatched it.

International orders can be tracked once despatched but delivery times will vary by destination country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. It must also be returned in the original packaging and packaged carefully. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked.

In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact us. We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.

Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment within 14 days.
